AD and CVD Proceedings Involving Steel Products from All Countries

Status of U.S. AD and CVD Proceedings Involving Steel Products from All Countries – March 31, 2016

We are forwarding our monthly reports on the status of U.S. antidumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) proceedings involving steel products from all countries.

The reports are organized by country and by product.  The AD and CVD rates which appear in these reports are the current deposit rates in effect, which may be changed retroactively as the result of subsequent administrative reviews by the U.S. Department of Commerce.  We have noted those orders which are currently undergoing administrative reviews. In addition, please note that, in those cases where there are both AD and CVD orders against the same product from a particular country, the AD deposit rate may be adjusted if part or all of the CVD margin is attributed to export subsidies actionac.net.  You should contact us if you have any questions about the applicable AD deposit rate in such cases.

We strongly recommend that you contact us whenever you intend to rely on the information in these reports, and in particular the deposit rates and the status of any administrative reviews, so that we can confirm the information’s accuracy from the most current and authoritative sources.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about the reports or the status of individual cases.
