AD and CVD Investigations of Stainless Steel Pipe from India – ITC Preliminary Determination

Falls Church, VA. November 16, 2015.The U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) has made its preliminary determination in the antidumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) investigations of welded stainless steel pressure pipe from India.

The ITC made an affirmative injury determination, and the vote was unanimous (6 – 0).

As a result of the ITC’s affirmative determination, the U.S. Department of Commerce will conduct full-scale AD and CVD investigations of welded stainless steel pressure pipe from India.
