Status of U.S. AD and CVD Proceedings Involving Steel Products from All Countries – December 31, 2015
We are forwarding our monthly reports on the status of U.S. antidumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) proceedings involving steel products from all countries.
The reports are organized by country and by product. The AD and CVD rates which appear in these reports are the current deposit rates in effect, which may be changed retroactively as the result of subsequent administrative reviews by the U.S. Department of Commerce. We have noted those orders which are currently undergoing administrative reviews.
