Falls Church, VA. December 8, 2015. Earlier today, the U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) announced that it has postponed the date for its preliminary determination in the countervailing duty (CVD) investigation of welded stainless steel pressure pipe from India.

The deadline for the DOC’s preliminary determination will now be February 29, 2016.

The original date for the DOC’s preliminary determination had been December 24, 2015.
