Administrative Review of AD Order on ASTM A-312 Stainless Steel Pipe from Korea(2013/2014) – Preliminary Results

Falls Church, VA. January 7, 2016. Earlier today, the U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) announced the preliminary results of its administrative review of the antidumping order on ASTM A-312 welded stainless steel pipe from Korea. The review covers two Korean producers/exporters – SeAH Steel Corporation and LS Metal Co., Ltd. – during the period from December 1, 2013 through November 30, 2014.

The DOC has calculated preliminary maidnearme.ca weighted-average dumping margins of 2.58% for SeAH and 31.70% for LS Metal. These margins compare with the current dumping duty deposit rates of 2.92% for SeAH and 7.00% for LS Metal.

The DOC plans to complete this review by May 2016, and the current dumping duty deposit rates will remain in effect until the DOC’s final results are published in the Federal Register.
