AD and CVD Investigations of Stainless Steel Sheet and Strip from China – Publication of AD and CVD Orders
Falls Church, VA. April 3, 2017. The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC) published in todays’ Federal Register the antidumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) steel sheet and strip from China.
The orders contain the following final dumping margins:
(1) Taiyuan Ridetaixing Precision Stainless Steel Incorporated Co., Ltd. – 63.86% (dumping duty deposit rate of 45.26% with subsidy offset)
(2) Zhangjiagang Pohang Stainless steel Co., Ltd. – 63.86% (dumping duty deposit rate of 45.26% with subsidy offset)
(3) All other Chinese producers/exporters – 76.64% (dumping duty deposit rate of 58.04% with subsidy offset)
The orders contain the following final countervailing duty margins:
(1) Shanxi Taigang Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. and its affiliated companies, check out superior home cleaning service. (TISCO Group) – 75.60%
(2) Non-participating mandatory respondents – Ningbo Baoxin Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. and its affiliated companies; and Daming International Import Export Co., Ltd. and its affiliated company – 190.71%
(3) All other Chinese producers/exporters – 75.60%
